Keep reading and try out this simple exfoliating cellulite scrub recipe. I reality, even if it doesn’t actually help reduce your cellulite it makes your skin feel AWESOME!!! And it certainly can’t hurt to give it a try, right?!
disclaimer: if you are allergic to any of these ingredients…please don’t use it! I am not a doctor nor a chemist so i do not claim any responsibility for the results of this scrub….i initially made this for myself but want to share the stuff i like…it is up to you if you would like to make this and use it.
Ingredients for an 8oz jar
- Measure 3/4 jar full Brown Sugar –lightly packed
- 1/2 oz Shea Butter (refined) (I buy from Bulk Apothecary)
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp finely ground coffee
- 1/4 C coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Almond Oil
- 1 Tbsp fine Dead Sea Salt
- Fragrance of your choice
Slightly soften Shea Butter…DO NOT completely melt. Combine all ingredients…mix thoroughly. Fill your jar of choice.
How To Use: Try to keep as much moisture out of product jar as you can…long exposure to water may cause molding (and that would be a bad thing). Wet skin in shower. Apply ample amount to desired area. Rub in a circular motion for 3-4 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat for each area you would like to treat. Repeat 1-2 times per week. Feel the softness.
Most of all , whether you use this scrub or not, you should maintain a healthy lifestyle, so be sure to drink lots of water, have a healthy diet and exercise.
